Do I need exact measurements before visiting?
Exact drawings are not required, but rough wall length, living-room photos and lift/doorway notes help Bobbio recommend a suitable size.
Can sofa size, material or colour be customised?
Many models can be refined around size, material, colour and comfort preference. Final options depend on the selected model and current production guidance.
Is this an online shop?
No. The site is consultation-led. Final model choice, configuration, material and quotation are confirmed through WhatsApp or showroom discussion.

Yes, booking helps the showroom prepare relevant model, material and sizing guidance for your visit.
How long is delivery?
For West Malaysia, custom sofa production-to-delivery is generally estimated around 3–4 weeks after confirmation, subject to model, material and production schedule.
What warranty is included?
Bobbio provides separate warranty coverage for structure, mechanisms, genuine leather and power components. Coverage depends on the issue and warranty terms.
