Custom-made product policy

Many Bobbio Design sofas are prepared according to model, material selection, size and configuration. Return or exchange requests may depend on order status, customisation details and delivery condition.

Inspection during handover

Please inspect the product during handover and inform Bobbio Design promptly if there is visible delivery damage or an order concern.

Return / exchange eligibility

  • Eligibility depends on product condition, customisation and proof of purchase.
  • Exchange review may apply for delivery damage or confirmed product issue.
  • Customised items may not be eligible once production has started unless approved by Bobbio Design.

Damage Upon Delivery

Report visible damage as soon as possible with photos and order details.

Proof of Purchase

Invoice or order proof is required for support review.
