Coverage Summary

What is covered.

Warranty support is intended for eligible manufacturing or structural issues within the stated warranty period. Assessment may require photos, order details and inspection.

Warranty Coverage

Coverage by component.

6-year structural warranty

Applies to eligible sofa frame/structure issues under normal residential use.

3-year mechanism warranty

Applies to eligible mechanism-related issues, subject to use, condition and inspection.

2-year genuine leather warranty

Applies to eligible genuine leather defects. Natural markings, colour variation and usage wear are not treated as defects.

1-year motor / power parts

Applies to eligible motor, power recliner and power bank component issues where applicable.

Proof and assessment

Support requests should include order details, photos/videos of the issue and the affected area for assessment.

Care matters

Warranty does not replace regular care. Heat, moisture, sharp objects and unsuitable cleaning can affect material condition.

Not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, impact, cuts, burns or stains
  • Improper cleaning or chemical damage
  • Moisture, mould, pest or wood-borer damage
  • Colour variation from lighting, screens or natural leather characteristics
  • Damage from moving, relocation or third-party handling

  • Send your name and order/reference details
  • Include clear photos and short video if useful
  • Show the full sofa and close-up issue area
